Not so long ago, Her Majesty’s Passport Office introduced a new online service for getting the UK national passport.

And we are pleased to inform all our valued customers that our new photobooths are fully compliant with the requirements of UK Passport Online Service of the Her Majesty’s Passport Office. Therefore, all our customers are able to take full advantage of this great service.

When you take a photo in one of our photobooths, you automatically receive your uniquie personal short URL code to high-quality digital photo. That is because in our mashines we use a high-quality 18-megapixel Canon EOS DSLR camera, so you've got a truly professional studio-quality digital photo for your passport and other application.

Be careful - your photo code is case sensitive!
So that means, for example, that "a" and "A" are two different characters!

 

To avoid confusion, we do not use the number “0” in short URLs!
So only small "o" or capital "O" characters can be used in your personal photo code!

 

One issue is the confusion with the capital letter "I" ([ai]), the small letter "l" ([el]), and the number "1" ("one"). If your personal short URL code is rejected by Her Majesty's Passport Office Online Passport Service and contains these characters, just change them and try again.

 

Sometimes your photo code may be less than 6 characters and therefore will be rejected by Her Majesty's Passport Office Online Passport Service. In this case, you can download your photo from foto.run using your personal short URL code (for example: foto.run/eoiRpD), save it to your device (phone, tablet, computer) and then upload it to Her Majesty's Passport Office Online Passport Service from your device.

 

For your convenience, a personal short URL code on each photo is duplicated by a QR code. Different versions of QR Code Readers are available for free for both Android and iOS based gadgets.
